Bonuses are only worth having if you actually open them. So rather than pile on description, this post is a practical plan: what each guide is called, when in your first month to read it and how to keep it handy. Three guides come with the 3 bottle and 6 bottle packs at no extra charge. The 2 bottle pack does not include them. Think of this as a reading schedule that matches your first few weeks with Gelagen.
The lineup at a glance
The three guides are Facial Rejuvenation, Renova Flora Protocol and Personalized Usage Guide. Each one arrives alongside your order when you choose the 3 bottle or 6 bottle pack.
Titles are all you need to know going in. Consider them as extra reading to enrich your daily routine, not as a replacement for the label directions printed on your bottle.
There is no extra checkout step. If your cart holds three or six bottles, the guides are part of the order automatically, which makes this one of the easier bonuses to claim.
Guide one: Personalized Usage Guide
Start here. Because it is built around using your product day to day, it makes sense to read it in week one, ideally while your first bottle is still full.
Try this: read it with a pen in hand and jot down the time slot you pick for your two gummies. The directions are two daily, about 30 minutes before a meal, with a full glass of water, and writing your time down makes it stick.
Mark the first page you plan to revisit with a sticky tab or a bookmark. A visible tab is a small reminder that the guide exists and is worth another look.
Guide two: Facial Rejuvenation
Read this one in week two, once your pattern is settled. Pair it with the habits you are already building: a simple cleanse, moisturizer and sun-smart choices.
A good way to use a guide like this is to pick one idea per week rather than trying everything at once. Circle it, try it and decide whether it belongs in your routine.
At the end of the week, write a single sentence about which idea you tried. A running list of those sentences becomes your own mini playbook.
Guide three: Renova Flora Protocol
Save this for week three or four, when your daily habit already feels familiar. By now the basics are automatic and you have room for something new.
Again, one idea at a time. Mark a page, add a reminder to your phone, and see how it slots into your day.
Finish your reading by sorting the ideas into two piles: keep and skip. Only the keep pile needs a spot in your routine.
Keep them where you will see them
Digital or printed, the best place for a guide is somewhere you walk past. A few ideas:
If you are sharing your order with someone, pass the guides around as well. A shared reading schedule makes it more fun to stick with.
- Save a copy to a folder on your phone named Gelagen
- Keep a printed copy next to your bottle
- Set a weekly calendar reminder titled Guide of the week
- Share with a household member who is also starting a routine
Wrap-up: extras that support the habit
The bonus guides are a nice extra, but the real engine is the daily rhythm you build. Gelagen gives you the simple steps, and the guides give you more to explore. If you are leaning toward a longer supply anyway, the 3 bottle and 6 bottle packs bring both together, along with free US shipping and a 60-day money-back guarantee.
